How do I know if one of my tenants submitted a maintenance request?

You can log into the Owners Portal and select the property you are inquiring about. There you will see the maintenance log and a list of ever repair request that has been submitted while under RHC Property Management.

Access the RHC Home Page and click on the “Login To Your Account” link in the upper right hand corner.

How do I pay my rent online?

Simply login to your tenant portal by clicking on the “Login To Your Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the RHC home page. Once loged into your tenant portal, click on the “Pay Your Rent” link in the upper.


Where can I get a copy of my Lease agreement?

Simply login to your tenant or owner portal by clicking on the “Login To Your Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the RHC home page. Once logged into your portal, click on the “Lease Agreement” link in the Important Resources section.


Where can I see a list of monthly charges on my property?

Simply login to your owner portal by clicking on the “Login To Your Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the RHC home page. Once logged into your portal, you can view a list of charges for the current month.


How can I get in contact directly to an RHC staff member about my property?

Simply login to your owner portal by clicking on the “Login To Your Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the RHC home page. Once logged into your portal, scroll down to the bottom of the page and fill out the “Get In Touch” form. An RHC staff member will contact you within 24 hours. If this is more urgent, please reference the direct line to your RHC Personal Property Manager.


How do I add additional service to my account?

Simply login to your owner portal by clicking on the “Login To Your Account” link in the upper right hand corner of the RHC home page. Please reference the number of your personal property manager and they will be happy to assist you adding more service to your account.
